Dark clouds within,
vision blanks out,
facade crumling,
body tension shout.

A soundless scream,
crawling darkness,
panic in the scene,
the fainting a bless.

Entering the fear,
taken over,
hit by a bear,
without cover.

Get away,
run,
do not stay,
be gone,

Instincts control,
passanger,
not you at all,
arising anger,

spiraling,
lost scene,
drowning,
burning skin

Fear is a serious thing. It is an instinct that should protect and warn us. If it takes over. If we loose control to it we should take it serious. Being afraid is okay. Do not feel ashamed if you have fear. Just make sure it is not controling you!
